Jeffrey Pallozzi

Jeffrey Pallozzi has extensive experience in the banking industry, specifically in risk management and asset management. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Vice President Banking Operational Risk Officer at BankMobile. Prior to this role, they held various positions at SunTrust, including Vice President of Operational Risk Management and Vice President of Corporate Advance Governance & Loss Analysis. At SunTrust, they were responsible for leading teams, analyzing risk events, conducting risk assessments, and implementing process improvements. Jeffrey also worked as an REO Manager and REO Asset Manager, where they successfully improved net recovery rates and developed efficient end-to-end processes. Before joining SunTrust, they served as an REO Asset Manager at Keystone Asset Management, Inc. Overall, Jeffrey has demonstrated a strong ability to manage risk, drive process improvement, and maximize performance in the banking industry.

Jeffrey Pallozzi received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Penn State University in the years 1998 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Operational Risk Management from the American Bankers Association in May 2019, and in Fraud Prevention from the same institution in March 2018.
