Ana O.

Ana O. has over 13 years of work experience. Ana began their career in 2006 as a Communications Assistant at Warner Bros Park Madrid, where they were responsible for managing external communications affairs, creating and organizing public relations events, and drafting and distributing press releases. In 2007, Ana O. worked as a Waitress and Hostess at Novus Leisure, and as a Waitress and Bartender at Hoxton Tapas. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Office Administrator at Randstad and CIMD. In 2011, Ana O. began working at Ibérica Restaurants as a Head of Marketing, where they designed and executed group and each site’s marketing plans across all channels. Ana also designed and executed marketing events and activities, and coordinated activities with different departments in the group. From 2015 to 2017, Ana O. worked at Juhll Agency as an Operations Director and Vice President of Operations. Ana managed day-to-day business operations, designed and coordinated team activities and events, and allocated resources to accounts and projects. In 2018, Ana O. became the Chief of Staff at Banks.com, where they worked closely with company leadership to meet business goals, acted as a leadership trusted advisor, and oversaw all internal business operations.

Ana O. obtained their Advertising and PR Bachelor's Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2006. Ana also completed an Emotional Intelligence Training from Goleman EI in March 2020.
