Jason Huggins

Jason Huggins possesses extensive experience in leadership, safety, and talent development within the construction industry and other sectors. Currently serving as the Department Head for the Safety & People Group at Banks Construction Company, Jason focuses on enhancing skilled trades through recruitment and training. Prior experience includes roles as Implementation Manager at First Fruits Farm, Inc., where Jason led a team in developing operational procedures, and Program Manager at the Montgomery County Police Department, where Jason designed and managed a Special Operations Program. Additionally, Jason worked as Chief Training Officer at LWH Group, creating tailored training programs for security personnel, and owned LDF Landscaping, overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Jason holds educational qualifications from American Military University and Community College of Baltimore County.
