Scott Ford

Scott Ford is an experienced professional with a strong background in construction and management. Currently serving as Crew Foreman at Banks Construction Company since July 2023, Scott previously held the position of Grade Control Supervisor at Villager Construction for over four years, where responsibilities included machine setup and asphalt removal operations. Prior roles include Supervisor at UPS, where Scott ensured timely unloading of trailers, and Driver Helper Coordinator, managing the scheduling of up to 50 helpers. As the Owner of Pet Wants Charleston, Scott managed all aspects of the business and educated customers on product benefits. Additionally, as General Manager at Gilligan's Seafood Restaurant for two decades, Scott oversaw staffing and training. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
