Motoo Noda has an extensive work experience spanning from 1998 to present. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as an Associate at Mitsui, Yasuda, Wani & Maeda. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Partner at Sato & Partners. From 2003 to 2004, they were an Advisor at Jamgle Jam. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Chief Operating Officer & Board of Director at GMO GlobalSign, Ltd. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Chief Executive Officer & Board of Director at GMO GlobalSign, Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Independent Advisor. From 2014 to present, they are the Head of Legal & Head of Customer Support at Rakuten.com.

Motoo Noda completed a Bachelor in Law (LLB) from Aoyama Gakuin University between 1994 and 1997. Motoo then went on to pursue a Master in Law (LLM) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 1997 to 1998. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from HEC Paris, NYU Stern School of Business, TRIUM Global Executive MBA, and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2011 and 2013.
