Busi Nkosana

Busi Nkosana is an experienced professional in the field of education, training, and development. Currently serving as a Specialist at The BANKSETA since November 2015, Busi Nkosana is responsible for implementing and managing discretionary grants projects and ensuring quality assurance processes. Previous roles include Assistant Director at the Western Cape Provincial Training Institute, where Busi Nkosana coordinated training programs for public service employees, and Senior Personnel Practitioner at the Department of Public Works, focusing on skills development interventions. Busi Nkosana began a career in recruitment and selection with the National Department of Public Works.
