Amanda Nielsen

Amanda Nielsen is a Human Resources Specialist at Bankwell since September 2022, with prior experience as a Keyholder at bartaco from June 2021 to September 2022. Amanda also completed a Human Resources Internship at dragonfish UK in late 2020, contributing to a project aimed at enhancing organizational culture and creating a performance measurement tool. Additionally, Amanda worked as a Server and Hostess at Colony Grill Development, LLC from June 2018 to January 2020. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Relations Administration from the University of Delaware, earned in June 2021.
