Beth Anne Iannone

Beth Anne Iannone is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in retail market management. Currently serving as Retail Market Manager at Bankwell since January 2021, Beth has a proven track record of coaching, training, and driving sales results while maintaining high levels of customer service and employee engagement. Previously, Beth was VP and Retail Market Manager II at TD from October 2010 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing all retail branches in the New Haven Region, mentoring newer regional market managers, and leading community development initiatives. Prior experience at Citizens Bank as VP, Regional Market Manager involved overseeing branches on the Connecticut shoreline, achieving substantial loan and investment sales outcomes, and being recognized as a Connecticut Sales Champion.
