Mikie Means is the SVP, Retail Sales Market Manager at Dubuque Bank and Trust. Mikie has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Mikie started their career as a teller at National City Bank in July 1999. Mikie quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in October 2002.

In December 2005, Mikie left National City Bank to take on the role of Branch Manager at U.S. Bank. During their time at U.S. Bank, Mikie increased loan balances by 100% over a five year period. Mikie was also awarded the Pinnacle Award multiple times for surpassing net profit goals. In addition, Mikie was selected by senior management to be a conversion ambassador for new bank acquisitions.

In September 2014, Mikie left U.S. Bank to become the Branch Manager at Central Illinois Bank. Mikie held this position until November 2016 when they left to become the Banking Center Manager at Commerce Bank.

Mikie has been with Dubuque Bank and Trust since January 2019 and is currently their SVP, Retail Sales Market Manager.

Mikie Means graduated from Sacred Heart Academy with a diploma. Mikie then attended Lincoln Land Community College, where they earned an associates degree.
