Michelle Mead

Michelle Mead has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Process Manager at Bankwest since July 2010, where responsibilities include driving Process Excellence and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and optimize returns. Previously, Michelle held the position of Cards Delivery Manager at Bankwest, managing operational partners and overseeing strategic project delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Finance Manager at Crystal Finance, where Michelle managed home loan applications, and as Team Leader of Customer Services at Home Building Society, leading a team to ensure efficiency in back office operations. Michelle completed education at Lakelands Senior High School from 1992 to 1996.
