Merline Saintil is the current Director at Banner Bank. Merline has previous experience as the COO, R&D and IT at Change Healthcare, a healthcare revenue and payment cycle management software company. Saintil has also been a contributing writer to Diligent Corporation's "Governance in the Digital Age: A Guide for the Modern Corporate Board Director" and has their own podcast called "The Board's Changing Role in Cyber, Risk, and Strategy".

Merline Saintil has a Master of Science in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Science in CS from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Merline also has a Certification from the NACD in CERTIFIED IN CYBERSECURITY OVERSIGHT The National Association  of Corporate Directors & The Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute.
