Joe's career also encompasses a decade at Ecolab, progressing through various leadership roles, overseeing agribusiness operations, financial analysis, and team management. Joe's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
