Ed Clarke, MD, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the Insurance Division and Banner Health Networks at Banner Health since September 2018. Prior to this role, Ed Clarke held positions including Chief Medical Officer at Arizona Care Network and Banner Medical Group. From November 2012 to August 2016, Ed Clarke was Chief Medical Officer of Clinical Operations for Banner Medical Group, where strategic initiatives focused on enhancing primary care delivery and improving healthcare quality measures. Earlier experience includes serving as a physician at Wesley Community Health Center, where a dermatology clinic for underserved patients was established, and in various physician roles, including at West Dermatology and University Sports Medicine. Ed Clarke completed an MD at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
