Stephanie Heys

Stephanie Heys has a diverse work experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Vice President of Human Resources at Banner Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at SCP, a creative partner for artists, where they managed a team of 200 members. Before SCP, they held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at Continental Materials Corporation, a public parent company with over 500 employees. Stephanie also served as the Director of Human Resources at Evergreen Real Estate Group, where they oversaw HR operations for residential development and property management. Earlier in their career, they were the Human Resource Manager at Pure Metal Recycling, where they played a vital role in the company's mission to become one of the Midwest's largest scrap companies. Stephanie's early work experience includes serving as a Human Resource Generalist and Internal Auditor at Skyway Concession Company LLC, where they were involved in managing human resources and conducting internal audits for the Chicago Skyway Bridge toll road.

Stephanie Heys completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Michigan State University in the period from 2000 to 2004. In 2010, they enrolled in the SHRM Global Learning System Certificate Program at DePaul University, where they are currently pursuing their studies.
