Currently serving as a Partner and Board Member at Banning Advocaten since May 2021, Henk also holds a position on the Supervisory Board of Stichting Phizi. Previously, Henk has been a Partner at Vestius and a founding partner at 2Blegal Juristen voor ondernemers, among other roles in prestigious law firms such as Baker & McKenzie and Lexence N.V. Henk's educational background includes degrees from the University of Amsterdam and participation in notable programs such as The Harvard Negotiation Intensive.
