Wiyada Wiboonsirichai

Wiyada first joined the executive management team of Banpu Public Company Limited as Vice President – Internal Audit in 2008 and assumed the position of Senior Vice President – Information Technology in 2014-2017. Now, as Head of Global Internal Audit and Compliance, Wiyada demonstrates excellence in her approach to handling a streamlined and timely business process, digital transformation, compliance risk management, internal audit as well as organization-wide consultation to enhance agility and sustainability in business. During her term as Secretary of the Audit Committee, Wiyada helped steer Banpu toward achieving Audit Committee of the Year award from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) by embracing integrity, transparency and good governance throughout the company’s domestic and international operations.
