Rodrigo Lima

Rodrigo Lima is a seasoned technology manager and software engineering expert with extensive experience in leading teams and designing solution architectures with a focus on microservices. Currently serving as a Tech Manager at banQi since March 2022, Rodrigo oversees the direct management of multiple teams, provides mentorship, and drives agile processes. Previous roles include Tech Lead and Specialist Backend Developer at Invillia, as well as significant positions at Brick Abode and Vitória da Conquista City Hall, where Rodrigo contributed to various software development projects across multiple platforms and technologies. An alumnus of Universidade Estadual do Sudoeste da Bahia with a degree in Computer Science, Rodrigo is proficient in technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS, among others.
