Tom Papagiannopoulos

Tom Papagiannopoulos has extensive experience in executive leadership, sales, operations, and governance. Tom is currently the CEO of BanQsi Inc. and serves as Chairman of the Sterling Executive Group. In their previous role as Chief Operating Officer at Celero Solutions, they oversaw national sales and client relations and served as Senior Vice President. Earlier in their career, they held various management positions at IBM and Lotus, where they were responsible for technical sales, collaboration software, and business partner sales. Tom has also served on the boards of CAA Manitoba and the Mosaic Newcomer Family Resource Network.

Tom Papagiannopoulos has a BA degree in Classical Studies/Art History from the University of Manitoba, which they obtained between 1985 and 1989. Before that, they attended Glenlawn Collegiate from 1980 to 1985. In 2015, they completed the Institute of Corporate Directors program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Since then, Tom has attended multiple CEO Institutes from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, The Wharton School, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2016, 2017, and 2018, respectively. In 2022, they obtained two ESG certifications from Competent Boards.
