Katelyn Thacker is a business development manager and consultant with experience in the public financial management, trade facilitation, private sector development, research, and gender and economic empowerment fields. Katelyn has worked with the USAID-funded Blanket Purchase Agreement RFQ for interventions in public financial management, trade facilitation, private sector development, research, and gender and economic empowerment. Katelyn has also been a technical advisor for trafficking-in-persons risk mitigation for donor-funded programming in Senegal. In addition to their work in the public and private sectors, they have also been a supporting writer for US Department of State solicitation response for counter trafficking in Costa Rica, lead writer for a USAID/Afghanistan counter trafficking program, and proposal manager for USAID solicitations for public financial management, trade and logistics, and business enabling environments in Ghana, Senegal, Myanmar, and the Africa region more broadly.

Katelyn Thacker has a master's degree in international relations and affairs from The George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in history from Brigham Young University.
