Benoit Rougraff

Benoit Rougraff currently serves as the Head of Real Estate Infrastructure, Workplace and Building Services at BCV - Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, where responsibilities include defining and implementing the real estate infrastructure strategy focused on customer satisfaction. As the owner of Rougraff Conseil SARL since 2023, Benoit also brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Head of Business Unit at Amstein + Walthert, where Benoit was a key member of the Executive Committee and enhanced departmental performance. Notable past positions include Program Manager at BEG LEMAN SA, where Benoit led a major industrial construction program, and Consulting Engineer at Altran, supporting pharmaceutical and chemical companies with their construction projects. Benoit has also held significant engineering and maintenance roles at WEISHARDT and Nestlé. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Engineering from CESI and an associate's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical and Automation Engineering from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
