Omar Sherif

Omar Sherif has a diverse background in IT and digital application support, currently serving as a Digital Application Support Engineer at Banque du Caire since November 2012. Responsibilities include supporting digital applications such as websites and internet banking, as well as system deployment and testing. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior IT Helpdesk Engineer and IT Service Desk Engineer, where Omar provided comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for system and network issues. Earlier positions involved network and system administration at Golden Way Securities, and serving as a Teaching Assistant at the Information Technology Institute. Omar holds a Diploma in Cyber Security Engineering from the Information Technology Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Engineering from Helwan University Cairo.
