Noor Azzam

Noor Azzam is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as the IT User Collaboration Manager at BSF since February 2019, after previously holding the position of IT Program Manager. Prior experience includes roles at SABB from May 2016 to February 2020 as IT Quality Assurance & Governance and as an IT Service Desk Analyst from June 2015 to February 2016, where responsibilities included providing operational support for SABB systems for approximately 3,400 employees, as well as overseeing software release projects and monitoring IT performance through KPI reports. Earlier experience at United Code Co. involved maintaining company computers and facilitating communication among staff and sites. Noor Azzam holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Arab Open University, completed in 2014.
