Georgina Bertheau has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Associate for Dream Staffing LLC, where they focused on finding suitable programmers for projects.

In 2015, Bertheau held multiple positions. Georgina worked as a Human Resources Associate for Elm Talent Group, specializing in finding and screening elite talent in the financial and tech sectors. Georgina also worked as a Freelance Recruiter for BM Recruiting and as a Human Resources Associate for Rockstar Coders, where they focused on software developer recruitment and workflow improvements.

From 2016 to 2020, they owned and operated an eCommerce business called Cozy Paper Co., where they built and customized a Shopify platform, implemented an inventory management system, and developed an SKU system for products.

In 2016, Bertheau also worked as a Community Manager for Buzz Technologies, Inc., managing full-cycle recruiting for software positions and creating job listings.

In 2020, they co-founded Honeypack, where they designed and created a Shopify website and fostered relationships with global suppliers.
