Ryan Harberg has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Beginning their career in 2002, they worked as a Materials R&D Co-op Student at Global Thermoelectric for four months. In 2003, they served as an Edmonton Operations Co-op Student at ATCO Gas for eight months.

In 2004, Ryan joined Bantrel Co., where they held various roles throughout their tenure. Ryan started as a Process Engineer in Training, working from May 2004 to October 2008. Ryan then progressed to the role of Process Engineer from October 2008 to December 2011. From December 2011 to November 2013, they assumed the position of Senior Process Engineer. Following this, they transitioned to Project Engineer from November 2013 to January 2015. Afterwards, they returned to the role of Senior Process Engineer from January 2015 to April 2016.

Continuing their career growth within the company, Ryan took on the responsibility of Commissioning & Start-up Engineer from April 2016 to September 2017. In October 2017, they were promoted to Process Engineering Deputy Chief, a role they held until September 2020. Presently, they serve as the Chief of Process Engineering at Bantrel Co.

Throughout their diverse roles, Ryan has gained extensive experience and expertise in the field of process engineering.

From 2000 to 2005, Ryan Harberg attended the University of Alberta, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering Co-op.
