Thais Yamamoto

Thais Yamamoto has over 12 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Thais began their career in 2009 as a Recruiter/Human Resources Consultant at Grupo Foco. In 2012, they moved on to become an International Experience at EF International Language Centers. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Recruiter/Human Resources Analyst at BR Talent Consultoria. In 2018, they became a Recruitment Specialist at Design Consulting GmbH, and also took on the role of Senior Talent Acquisition at Genial Investimentos. In 2019, they became an Operations Manager at Beducated, and in 2021, they became the Head of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager at Banxware. Throughout their career, they have worked on multiple positions simultaneously with a complete in-house process, overseen and managed 4 departments, taken part in the idealization of Job Portal development, managed corporate social media accounts, been responsible for the recruitment process for two different companies, and been the owner of an Internship Program.

Thais Yamamoto attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2016 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, they attended Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Psychology.
