Venky N. Venkatesh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Venky currently works as a Strategy and business development consultant at Banyan Cloud, where they provide consultation through Gathé. Banyan Cloud is a member of Cloud Security Alliance and offers a Cloud Native Application Protection (CNAPP) SaaS Product.

Prior to their current role, Venky was the Founder Director of Gathé Consulting Limited and also held various roles at FIS, including European Head of Alliances and Consultant of Sales Strategy. Venky worked at Finastra as the Head of Sales for Retail Banking & Digital Channels and at Misys as the Head of Core Banking & Digital Channels.

Venky also has an extensive background in sales at Oracle, where they held various positions such as Head of Sales in Analytics for Europe, Head of Sales in Strategic Markets for UK & I, Germany, France, The Netherlands & South Africa, Sales Head for Northern Europe, Global Sales Director for Private Wealth Management, and Regional Sales Director for Europe in Services Portfolio.

Before joining Oracle, Venky worked at The Minacs Group as the Sr. Vice President of European Operations, at HCL Technologies as the Sales Director of European Operations - BPO, and at Megasoft as the Country Manager for Europe. Venky also had a role as a Business Development Manager at HCL Technologies Limited in New Zealand.

Venky N. Venkatesh began their education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their high school studies from 1977 to 1979. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics at the University of Madras from 1979 to 1982. Venky then went on to earn an MBA in Finance from Cochin University of Science and Technology between 1982 and 1984.
