Jennifer Druskin

Jennifer Druskin has over 18 years of experience in the human resources and talent management field. Jennifer began their career in 2002 as an Academic Advisor at the University of California, Davis. In 2004, they became a Graduate Intern at UCLA. In 2006, they moved to California State University, Sacramento as Coordinator of Freshman Advising. In 2008, they joined ZS as a Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Recruiter and University Recruiting Lead - North America. In 2016, they moved to Clif Bar & Company as an HR Business Partner. In 2018, they joined Geltor Inc. as Director of People and Culture and was later promoted to Vice President of People and Culture. In 2022, they became the Head of Talent at Banyan Infrastructure.

Jennifer Druskin has a diverse educational background. Jennifer obtained their M.Ed. in Counseling in Student Affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005. Jennifer also obtained their B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. Additionally, Jennifer holds four certifications from Tilt 365: Master TILT Practitioner, Positive Influence Predictor, Team Agility Predictor, and True Tilt Personality Profile.
