Lloyd Crabtree

Lloyd serves as Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Banyan Investment Group. He has more than 30 years of increasing hospitality industry experience. He specializes in finance, operations, and value creation with a long successful track record with many hotels, brands and projects.

Prior to rejoining Banyan, Lloyd served as Head of Finance for US & Canada Franchise for IHG. He previously held roles such as Controller, Director of Finance, Head of Finance, Head of Renovation Investment, and Director of Asset Management. His professional experience includes positions associated with small, medium, and large companies including Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Westmont Hotels Group.

Lloyd has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. Lloyd is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
