Debra Danielson

Debra Danielson is a highly experienced technology executive with a diverse background in software development, engineering management, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Technical Operating Partner at Banyan Software since September 2023, and as a board member for both FiVerity and Action Title Research, Danielson demonstrates a commitment to innovation and collaboration in the technology sector. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Digital Guardian, where leadership was provided for a 165-person engineering organization, and extensive contributions at CA Technologies, overseeing mergers and acquisitions strategy, engineering operations, and the development of critical technology initiatives. Danielson holds a BA in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Boston University and completed executive education at UC Berkeley.
