Carmen Bonfante Araque

Carmen Bonfante Araque has worked in the IT industry since 2012. In that year, they began working as a Quality Assurance Representative at BILATERAL. In 2016, they moved to Sutherland, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2019, they joined SYKES as a Support Engineer, where they provided technical and functional support for Cisco Content Security Devices. In 2021, they began working at Nub7/8 as a Technical Onboarding Specialist Cisco Security. Currently, they work at Cisco as a Security Consulting Engineer and at Banyan Security as a Customer Success Engineer.

Carmen Bonfante Araque has a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, which they completed in 2019. Carmen also has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the same university, which they completed in 2014. Carmen is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management from CEUPE - Centro Europeo de Postgrado y Empresa, which they began in 2021.
