Kay Lynn Gabaldon

Kay Lynn Gabaldon has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Kay Lynn began their career in 2009 as a Principal Technical Recruiter for Amazon Lab126. In 2011, they became the Director of Talent Acquisition for Samsung Media Solutions Group America, where they grew the team from 5 to 1400 employees and consultants. Gabaldon then moved to Quintessential Technical Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in 2011. In 2016, they became a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant for BuzzFeed, and then for Roku Inc. in 2017. In 2020, Gabaldon was appointed Director of Talent Acquisition & People Operations, Trusted Advisor for Herbalife Nutrition. In 2021, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition for GoPuff, as well as a volunteer Director of Talent & People Operations for WhoWhatWhy. Most recently, they were appointed Head of People & Culture for Banyan Security in 2022.

Kay Lynn Gabaldon received their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Southern California between 1994 and 1998. Kay Lynn then obtained a Paralegal degree in Contract Law from Glendale University College of Law. In November 2018, they became an Entelo Certified Partner. Kay Lynn also obtained certifications from BambooHR, Greenhouse Software, iCIMS, and Jobvite in 2018.
