Steve Berger has over 30 years of work experience, starting with their service in the United States Marine Corps as a Field/Radio Operator Infantry from 1991 to 1997. Steve then worked as a Senior Account Manager for a data security software company, nuBridges, from 2003 to 2007. From 2008 to 2013, Steve served as an Enterprise Account Executive for SEEBURGER AG, where they were responsible for business integration and secure data transfer. Steve joined VMware in 2013 as a Large Corporate AE, specializing in enterprise-grade mobile security solutions. In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained several certifications in network security from Fortinet. Steve earned the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate certification in October 2020, and is set to receive the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in October 2022.
