Ajay K.

Ajay K. has a long and impressive career in the supply chain and operations field. Ajay began their career in 2005 as a QA/QC Intern at Baxter Healthcare. In 2006, they joined 3M as a Senior Value Stream Manager, then a Supply Chain Manager, a Supply Chain Supervisor, a Manufacturing General Supervisor, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Senior Product/Process Engineer. In 2020, they took on the role of Supply Chain Director (Inventory Control, Distribution, and Integrations) at Beyond Meat. In 2021, they joined Danone as the Director of Global Supply Chain, and in 2023 they were promoted to VP of Operations at Banza.

Ajay K. obtained their MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles between 2002 and 2006. In 2021, they obtained the Bar Raisers certification from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. Ajay K. also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from 3M obtained in April 2012, as well as a CPIM certification from APICS.
