Natalia Kalinina

Natalia Kalinina is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Banzai.Games since July 2014, Natalia has previously held the same position at Nival from October 2009 to July 2014. Earlier roles include HR Generalist at Tekora and HR Manager positions at Nival Interactive and Cifrograd. Natalia began their HR journey as an HR Manager at Favorit International Recruitment Center. Educational qualifications include a recent professional retraining in Clinical Psychology from the Russian University of Humanities and a degree from Russian New University.
