The executive team at Banzai has experience in various legal and technological aspects of business. They have served on the board of directors for Legalpad, a legal technology company, and have also been the General Manager at Avalara, a software company specializing in tax compliance. The team is also experienced in e-commerce, as the CEO of BUYSTAND has worked on the Customer Advisory Board for Microsoft. All members of the executive team have studied economics at either the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill or the MIT Sloan School of Management.
