Franco Peschiera

Franco Peschiera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, operations research, and product development. As Co-Founder of baobab soluciones and HackPacking, Franco has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership since 2011 and 2020, respectively. Franco served as a Supply Chain Consultant for the World Food Programme from November 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included developing a decision-support system for the sourcing and delivery of approximately 400,000 MT of food and managing organizational change for advanced planning processes. Previous roles include Researcher PhD Student at ISAE-SUPAERO from 2017 to 2020 and Product Manager at LEAP Game Studios from 2013 to 2015. Franco holds a PhD in Operations Research from ISAE-SUPAERO and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, along with an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
