Kajal Ford, PMP

Kajal Ford, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kajal started their career in 2012 as a Production Assistant/Merchandise Manager at Dada Life and went on to hold positions such as Project Manager/Executive Assistant at New Year Publishing/Triump Dining and Markets Coordinator at Off the Grid. In 2014, they joined Pretty Polly Productions as an Executive Assistant/Account Manager, staying with the company until 2015. Kajal then worked as an EA to the COO at Ticketfly and as a Merchandise Manager at Tinman Merchandising LLC.

In 2016, Kajal joined Unity Technologies, initially serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant and later transitioning to the role of Global Workplace Events Specialist. Kajal eventually became the Global Workplace and Support Manager, a position they held until 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Kajal worked at Intercom as a Manager and later as a Senior Manager of Workplace Experience. Kajal then moved on to Solv. in 2020, where they contributed as an Executive Assistant until 2022.

Currently, Kajal is the Director of Operations + Organic Marketing at Baotris, a role they have held since June 2020. Kajal has also worked as an Advisor at Baotris from 2019 to 2020.

Kajal Ford, PMP, graduated from Hofstra University in 2009 with a BA degree. Kajal 'sfield of study included both Public Relations and Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Kajal obtained several certifications, including Product Marketing Foundations and Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn, in July 2020 and June 2020 respectively. Kajal also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
