Erin Parkinson

Erin Parkinson has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Erin currently works at Bapcor Limited as the Workstream Lead - People & Health since October 2022. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager NZ at Bapcor Limited from February 2018 to October 2022.

Before joining Bapcor Limited, Erin worked at Sime Darby Motor Group (NZ) Ltd, where they held various HR roles. These include HR Manager - Retail from July 2017 to January 2018, HR Manager - Continental Cars from September 2016 to June 2017, Senior HR Advisor - Retail from October 2015 to August 2016, and HR Advisor - Retail from January 2012 to September 2015. Erin also served as the Acting Payroll Manager from November 2013 to February 2015.

Erin's earlier work experience includes a brief stint as an HR Shared Services Advisor at Farmers Trading Company Ltd in November-December 2011. Erin also worked as a Healthcare Consultant at Manpower Professional from July to October 2011.

Prior to that, Erin served as the Branch Manager - Health & Community Care at Randstad from October 2005 to June 2011. Erin also worked as a Reservationist at Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc. in 2004, and as a Consultant at Allied healthcare group from May to November 2004. Erin's earliest known work experience was as a Reservationist at Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc. in 2003.

Erin Parkinson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.
