Megan Thiel

Megan Thiel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Baptist Community Health Services, Inc. since May 2020. Previously, Megan held various positions including Behavioral Health Specialist at Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans, Military Family Life Counselor at MHN Government Services Healthnet, and Social Worker at Catholic Charities PACE. With extensive experience in clinical operations and interdisciplinary teamwork, Megan has contributed to improving mental health services across different organizations, including serving as Administrator and LCSW at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans. Megan holds a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and a Bachelor's degree in sociology and English from Indiana University Bloomington.
