Chad Schapiro

Chad Schapiro is an experienced leader specializing in pastoral support and church development. Currently serving as the Director of the Pastor Strong Initiative at the Baptist General Convention of Texas since November 2021, Chad focuses on promoting holistic health among Senior Pastors and churches. Simultaneously, Chad works as a Church Starting Catalyst at the San Antonio Baptist Association, where the role involves recruiting and training church plant pastors. As the Founder and Co-Founder of Next Level Leadership, an international training company, Chad aids leaders at various stages in their career. Additional roles include serving as Pastor at Ignite Community Church since September 2017 and holding previous positions such as International Marketing Director at Equinox International and Restaurant/Bar Manager at Madhatters. Chad possesses strong academic credentials with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by ongoing education at The London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of London.
