Dr. Rayford Malone

Dr. Rayford Malone is an experienced leader in ministry and human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Baptist General Convention of Texas since August 2020. Previously, Dr. Malone held various pastoral roles, including Senior Pastor at Greater Beulah Baptist Church and Greater New Hope Baptist Church, as well as positions in church administration and chaplaincy at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Dr. Malone earned a Th.D. in Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary, a Master's degree in Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, and continues to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies at Dallas Baptist University. Dr. Malone's extensive background includes preaching, vision casting, and providing spiritual care, as well as leading and supervising church ministries.
