Gerald Fuller

Gerald has 30 years of experience in human resources, with a depth of expertise in labor relations and negotiations, recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefit administration, performance and talent management, and project and change management. Before joining Meridian in 2021, Gerald spent four years as the director of human resources for Normandy Schools Collaborative in Missouri, where he oversaw the strategic plan for 500 employees and 3,200 students. Prior to that, he spent 25 years with Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, supporting locations in Missouri and Illinois as the human resources manager.

Gerald earned his B.S. in business administration and management from Southern Illinois University. He has also completed his Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
