Keith Tickell

As Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Keith A. Tickell is responsible for supporting Baptist Health’s property management, construction management and real estate development team, and influencing the environments in which Baptist Health provides healing and care to the community of northeast Florida.

Tickell, who has served as a board member of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce from 2006 to 2012, has close to 30 years of experience in project development and commercial real estate. He was most recently chief operating officer for Flagler Development in Miami and Jacksonville, a subsidiary of Florida East Coast Industries. He has served since 2001 in various roles with Flagler, a commercial real estate company.

Tickell also previously worked as chief administrative officer for The North Highland Company in Atlanta, which provides management and technology consulting services throughout the U.S. He also was a vice president for Nordic Refrigerated Services in Atlanta and a vice president and chief financial officer for Sabal Corporation, an owner, developer and manager of a mixed-use commercial development park in Tampa.

Tickell has a master’s of business administration from Emory University in Atlanta and a bachelor’s of arts in business administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
