Brad Lakhia

Brad Lakhia is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CBIZ since March 2025, Lakhia brings a wealth of expertise gained from previous positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at OPENLANE and Vice President Finance for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of significant business units across North and Latin America. Key roles at Goodyear also included Senior Director of Business Development and Finance Director for ASEAN, managing financial operations in Southeast Asia. Prior to Goodyear, Lakhia held prominent positions at Andeavor, including Vice President of Business Planning & Analysis and Vice President & Treasurer, focusing on enterprise planning and capital structure. Lakhia holds an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
