Michael Williams

Michael Williams began their work experience in 2009 at Jacksonville Heart Center as a Clinical Research Assistant. Michael then transitioned to the role of Clinical Research Coordinator from February 2011 to February 2013. In 2017, they joined Baptist Health as a Research Regulatory Coordinator from May to October. Michael then became the Lead CTMS Operational Coordinator from October 2017 to August 2019. From August 2019 to September 2022, they served as a Sr. Clinical EHR Applications Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Epic Research Application Team Lead at Baptist Health starting from September 2022.

Michael Williams completed their education at the University of North Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Health Administration degree in the field of Health/Health Care Administration/Management in 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Research Billing, Beacon Oncology, EpicCare Ambulatory, and Research Clinical, all from Epic, in December 2020 and February 2021.
