Cj Uzick

CJ Uzick serves as the Vice President of Hospital Operations at Baptist Health since July 2025. Prior to this role, CJ held the position of Strategy and Operations Director at Arkansas Heart Hospital from June 2021 to July 2025. Previous experience includes Market Manager at CHI St. Vincent, Operations Manager at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, and Administrative Fellow at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Pine Bluff. CJ also completed an Executive Project Internship at Arkansas Children's Hospital and worked as a Chemistry Teaching Assistant during studies at the University of Arkansas. CJ holds a Master of Healthcare Administration with a focus on Operations from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas. Education was completed at Lakeside High School.
