Jeffrey Hartsell

Jeffrey Hartsell, MHSA, serves as the Executive Director at Baptist Health since January 2018, leading the only complete adult heart failure and heart transplant program in Arkansas. Prior to this role, Hartsell held various positions at Optum 360 and MedSynergies from 2005 to 2018, progressing from Reporting Analyst to Director Revenue Cycle. Early career experience includes roles at Arkansas Otolaryngology and Fox Ridge Assisted Living. Hartsell earned a Master's in Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Science in Education in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas.
