Shane Smith

Shane Smith, MBA, currently serves as a Decision Support Analyst I at Baptist Health, where they communicate financial data insights to benefit employees and patients. Prior to this role, Shane worked as a Staff Accountant at Dillard's Inc., calculating depreciation and collaborating with various departments. With a background in hands-on operations management at Russellville Aquatic Center, as well as experience as a Desk Clerk, Lifeguard, and Orientation Leader, Shane has developed strong communication and analytical skills. Shane holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University.
