Adam Gibbs

Adam Gibbs, MPA, BAAS, LP, currently serves as the Associate Chief Operating Officer at Baptist Health System since May 2023. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Tenet Healthcare from August 2018 to May 2023, including Service Line Manager for Emergency Services and Network Operations, Business Development Manager, and EMS Representative. Adam has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at San Antonio College and Regional Fire Academy from September 2017 to September 2020. With a background in emergency services, Adam served as a Lieutenant/Paramedic at Bexar Bulverde Fire Department from August 2005 to September 2020 and as a Firefighter/Paramedic in various capacities at the City of Helotes and City of Seguin. Adam's diverse educational background includes a Master's in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Brownsville and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fire and Emergency Management from Texas A&M University-San Antonio.
