Jennifer Grove

Jennifer Grove serves as the Vice President of External Relations at Baptist Health Care, a position held since January 2019. In this role, Jennifer oversees Community Relations, Governmental Relations, Marketing and Communications, as well as the Baptist Health Care Foundation and Faith Health Network. Responsibilities include planning and directing priorities and policies while engaging with various external stakeholders, including government entities, media, and community organizations. Prior to this position, Jennifer worked at Gulf Power Company as a Community Development Manager from 1993 to December 2018. Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership/Communications from Purdue University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Communications from Birmingham-Southern College.
